Risa Brainin
RISA BRAININ (she/her) is delighted to make her Seven Devils debut! Her productions have been seen at dozens of theatres across the country from Denver Center Theatre Company to Alabama Shakespeare Festival to Syracuse Stage and points in between. She served as Resident Director at the Guthrie Theater, Associate Artistic Director at both Indiana Repertory Theatre and Kansas City Repertory Theatre, and Artistic Director at Shakespeare Santa Cruz. She is Founder/ Artistic Director of LAUNCH PAD at UC Santa Barbara. A graduate of the Carnegie-Mellon Drama Program, Brainin is a member of the National Theatre Conference and College of Fellows of the American Theatre. www.risabrainin.com

AMY SALTZ misses MCCall and our live and in-person conferences!!! For Seven Devils: Jeni Mahoney's Kandahar, Judy Anderson's Go Home Now, Robert Schenkkhan's Lewis and Clark Reach the Euphrates; and A.P. Andrews' Burning Barn, among many many others. At B.C.T. she directed Jeni Mahoney’s Fata Morgana. Amy has directed classic, contemporary, and new plays throughout the U.S., in Russia and Estonia. TV: “Another World” and “Search for Tomorrow”. Former head of Graduate Directing Program at Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University. MEMBER OF SDC, DGA.
Chay Yew
CHAY YEW (he/him) Production credits include: Public Theater, New York Theatre Workshop, Signature Theatre, Playwrights Horizons, Rattlestick, Playwrights Realm, Ensemble Studio Theatre, Goodman Theatre, American Conservatory Theatre, Denver Theatre Center, Oregon Shakespeare Theatre, La Jolla Playhouse, Mark Taper Forum, Woolly Mammoth, South Coast Rep, Seattle Rep, Berkeley Rep, Humana Festival, Singapore Repertory Theatre, amongst others. His opera credits include the world premieres of Osvaldo Golijov and David Henry Hwang’s AINADAMAR (Tanglewood, Los Angeles Philharmonic) and Rob Zuidam’s RAGE D’AMORS (Tanglewood).
